New to CrossFit? Our Foundations program is the perfect starting point. This introductory program consists of four 1-on-1 private lessons designed to teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit with personalized attention from an expert coach. You'll learn proper technique, build a solid foundation of strength and conditioning, and gain the confidence to join our regular CrossFit classes in Montrose, CA.
The Foundations series is not a requirement, however, it is offered for beginner-level athletes (those with less than 1 month of experience with CrossFit). These classes give us an opportunity to evaluate your skill level and ensure that you are ready to join the group class.

We offer a 10% discount on your first bill in case you decide to sign up for a Class Plan, either Unlimited or Fixed 3xWeek, by your 4th lesson.
