Megan has been an active athlete her whole life. Soccer, softball and track are how she started and competed in through college. When she became a mom she discovered weightlifting and found the mental health benefits of this discipline to be  just as valuable as the physical benefits. She holds a BA in Psychology and has spent most of her career coaching through various means; sports teams, parents of kids with special needs,  VP for a non profit,  and equipping leaders in leadership development skills through coaching. 


Megan found CrossFit during the summer of 2024. After nervously signing up for the Foundations course, she was hooked, and quickly became a 6 day a week regular. Learning how to set goals and meeting herself and others where they are at in their fitness goals became a passion for her, leading her to pursue her L1 Coaching certificate. 


Megan’s favorite ways to coach are one on one through Foundation’s or Private sessions, while loving the community aspect and friendships she’s built  through the group classes. Her favorite movements are squats, tire flips, rope climbs  and HSPU!
