Kellie Morgan

Hello, my name is Kellie Morgan and I was born and raised right here in La Crescenta, California. I was an athlete my whole life. I played soccer from basically the time I could walk and was raised in a very competitive family. I am now a mom of three and after my second baby a friend of mine told me to come and try CrossFit. 

I was hesitant at first because I thought CrossFit was for super athletes and was not in great shape since having kids. Long story short, I came and never left. Here we are four years later and with another kid and not only loving CrossFit but also coaching it. The community that comes with CrossFit is like none other. I was hooked after my first class.
