CROSSFIT FOUNDATIONS

This introductory program consists of four 1-on-1 private lessons designed to teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit with personalized attention from an expert coach. The Foundations series is not a requirement, however, it is offered for beginner-level athletes (less than 1 month of experience with CrossFit), allowing us to evaluate your skill level and ensure you are ready to join the group class.
